Cancellation & Rescheduling
The Customer can cancel the Doorstep service within 24 hours of the scheduled visit time & date and seek a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days subject to deduction of GST amount.
a. Customer can seek for rescheduling the Doorstep service visit and based on the request of Customer, Doorstep service visit can be rescheduled maximum for three occasions and post which Customer shall forfeit the fee paid.
